At Travel Threads Co, every item is custom printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Incorrect size ordered

• Change of mind

• Color variations between screen and print

We WILL Make It Right If:

We take full responsibility if your order arrives with any of the following:

• Damaged or defective item

• Wrong item received

• Printing error or misprint

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and your preferred resolution (reprint or refund).

Reprints & Refunds

Approved issues will receive a free reprint or a full refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Wrong Size?

We recommend checking our size chart before ordering. All measurements are listed on each product page. Size-related returns are not covered unless there is a manufacturing defect.
