At Travel Threads Co, every order is custom printed and fulfilled just for you. Please read below so you know exactly what to expect.

Production Time

All orders go into production within 2–5 business days of purchase. This is separate from shipping time. Because each item is made to order, we do not ship from pre-made stock.

Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak holiday periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package has not moved in more than 10 business days, please contact us at [YOUR EMAIL HERE] and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately at gpozgar@travelthreadsco.com we will do our best to correct it before the order goes into production.
